70 y/o with met. NSCLC has a good response to carbo/pen/pen but develops colitis on maintenance pembro. Excellent response to steroids but colitis recurs after taper. Got restarted on steroids and now starting on infliximab. Do you continue the steroids or stop/ taper them?
I would continue steroids until colitis resolved and then be one week afterwards. I would then do a very, very slow taper.
